We've got a greet menu that does very well at fairs and festivals, we've got experience at street fairs, Carnivals, big and small festivals, State Fairs, and Renaissance Festivals.

We can even customize our menu for your event.

Available for Events

Have a back yard party, wedding, corporate get together, bike night or other get togethers that need some delicious BBQ? We've taken on events from anywhere from 20 people to 1k people and can gladly cater to your event.

Renaissance Fairs

We love Ren Fairs! Our aesthetic works well at your faire, and our foods even better!

We've got our signature Sloppy Cup, we do turkey legs, and we can even do the Beef on a Stick (name pending)! Which is a 2lb beef rib that has been a massive hit at every Ren Faire we've brought it to. Our BBQ is competition quality,(award winning) true smoked and fresh right out of the smoker.
